Open concept living, two-floor home with a spacious bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor and the rest on the bedrooms & baths on the second floor. There's plenty of room for everybody with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Some of the other great features are a wood burning fireplace, outdoor shower, two exterior decks, firepit, new central AC, and a two-car garage with beach caddy. And... what a wonderful walking neighborhood! Want to walk the beach? Sandwich Downs is perched right between Scorton Creek and Sandy Neck. It's a neighborhood that exudes quintessential Cape Cod. You'll never get bored with all the choices in the area. The home has been recently updated with completely new furniture, beds and amenities with hypoallergenic wrapped bed mattresses and pillows. Perfect setup for 2 families or grandparents with a bedroom on the first floor with queen bed and 5 additional beds on the second floor ranging from twins, queens to king beds with private walkouts from the Primary Bedroom. A fully appointed kitchen complete with a Ninja blender, cocktail shaker, martini & margarita glasses, drip & Keurig coffee maker, just to name a few. Build a fire on the beach or roast marshmallows using the backyard fire pit. Private outdoor shower for a quick rinse after a long day on the beach completes the day!
